I have recently bought an obd2 reader from talktomycar.co.uk and i must admit the company was great!
They have a very wide range of readers, leads etc at very very cheap prices. I was worried either it wouldnt turn up, or it would be cheap and poorly built but it wasnt.
I paid £30 posted, and recieved by courier the next day before 3pm a code reader.
As its a more commen thing, i would seriously recommend looking at this website, and i cant promote them enough!
