Hi Everyone
Im Rod from Berkshire and have finally started down the daunting road of restoring my Golf Gti MK2 8v 5dr.
I have owned the car from new but is in need of much TLC.
I'm hoping to find some good tips and local experience as to where and how to get the things done to bring my baby back to life.
Happy dubday

Welcome aboard, I had a MK2 GTi 16V many years ago, have had many GTi since and the MK2 is the best.

Thank you.
It has to be one of the best cars ever built heaps of character. I drove it for about 15 years. I've had many cars in between and after but always kept it with a view to driving again one day soon.
