Right guys second problem this week
Driving just clutch went very stiff and when I depressed pedal again it stuck to floor!
And won't come up but a White plastic thing were the ball off the pedal sits has come off could it just be this has snapped or the slave cylinder?
If it's the slave cylinder were are these located on the turbo agu engines?
Cheers in advance

Pedals all seems fine? Why would the pedal go super stuff then after a few presses just hit the floor?
Does it not sound like a slave cylinder?
If so were are these located on the turbo golf?

you said a white plastic clip was found in the drivers foot well.
search on here for drop clutch pedal.
a clip on the back of the clutch pedal has broken hence the pedal on the floor. it is not the slave cylinder

Happend to me i had a very bad embarrassing incident in a tesco car park in the summer. Clutch just fell flat to the floor. Anywho i had to get a new pedal and the bits and pieces that came with it got my vw specialist to fit it all. A common fault apparently. Not much to fix at all. All in all i think i payed (wih labour) 60 odd quid. My thread:
