i put on my fault reader at the start of prob.

any time i started car put into reverse or 1st moved ten feet out of parking space applyed brake to select gear and flash od hand brake on warning light and 3 beeps then pump pedal couple times move off and all is good for all of journey 2 miles or 200 miles.

i've had full brake system check for leaks, buldging or age related probs = all good all greased total clean = still same prob next morning.

then put fault reader on again no faults, so vw specialists advised brake master cylinder. . . .  so 300 quid later (with mot)new master cylinder next morning same sh*t.

on off chance put on fault reader agian and fault 01435 hence copy of first post after checking on ross tech

now pedal response excelant once over first prob very good and should b for the money.

vw quoting 1500 for pump as guessing this is the prob, found one on ebay for 140 ish what u think ? and how mych to do job at garage?

cheers
