Hi all. I am new too!! Looking to by myself a 115 MK Golf Diesel. I have heard these cars are in general are money pits and they have turbo failing issues.
Can someone offer me advice on whether i should steer clear or is it just being made more of than it is.
How common is the turbo fault?
I'm not bothered about the window electrics etc I can probably fix those i'm just not sure about the turbo.
Any input is highly valued and honest opinions please.
I have my heart set on a MK diesel and the 115 is cheaper for me to insure but is also a great all rounder. I also heard its got a great engine so please help me
