129 views and i havn't even posted!

The golf started becoming a bit too costly to run every day, I cover quite a few miles so i've gone for a TDI

To start, it's a Bora SE TDI PD130 in Preto Magic (A variation of Black Magic Perl, colour code LC9Z).

Exterior:

Smoothed front bumper
V6 front valance
Colour coded rear standard valance
RS6 alloys (18" 8j) sprayed in Silverstone Grey (LD7W) - Good tread
Kamei Mesh Grille
Anni'ed front lights (custom, I wrote the original guide)
Bora Sport rear lights (all red)
Backing of the rear VW badge colour coded
Stubby aerial
De-locked
De-badged

Chassis:

LCR Brembo 4-pot 323mm front brakes
LCR vented 256mm rear brakes
H&R 15mm front hubcentric spacers
H&R 20mm rear hubcentric bolt-on spacers
Whiteline 22mm Front Adjustable ARB (before they changed the design which caused problems)
Whiteline 24mm Rear Adjustable ARB (quite rare)
JOM coilovers
Leon Cupra R (LCR) Rear wishbone bushes

Chassis:

LCR Brembo 4-pot 323mm front brakes
LCR vented 256mm rear brakes
H&R 15mm front hubcentric spacers
H&R 20mm rear hubcentric bolt-on spacers
Whiteline 22mm Front Adjustable ARB (before they changed the design which caused problems)
Whiteline 24mm Rear Adjustable ARB (quite rare)
JOM coilovers
Leon Cupra R (LCR) Rear wishbone bushes

Engine

ChippedUK ST3 Remap (standard map, economy map, and fast road map (~165bhp, 260lb-ft).
The fast road map gets it's power higher up the revs than most maps, which means easier to drive fast and better for the clutch.
EGR disabled

I really want to chance the front grill back to standard, Also going to get the trim wrapped in Brushed Aluminium... Got my eyes on some wheels aswell for the summer  :lipsrsealed:

More updates soon...

So here's how it looked when I picked it up, The front was covered in white stone chips and I really didn't like the grill. sorry for the I-Phone pics

and here it is with the new grill and badge, Also put some Lamin-X on the headlights which i'm not sure if you can see. again, sorry for the I-Phone pics. the front I used turtle wax colour magic chip-stick and polish and it came out suprisingly well! it's not been cleaned in these pictures though (no time + too cold!)

Also the Exhaust was in a bad way, there was corrosion around the CAT and the back-box was hanging off. so I put a straight through 2.5" on

at that point it was getting a new CV Boot and Track rod end? I think it's called.

Also, the tyres that was on it when i bought it was rediculously Sh*t. I had a punture which encouraged me to spend £480 on 4 new Yokohama Parada spec 2's.

No pic of them yet but stay tuned
