Huge thanks outstanding guys
« on: 04 October 2008, 18:43 »
just like to say that iv just got it from having spent the day with the guys from r tech

after a few runs after the remap we found it was down on power due to not holding boost the lads spent there time mithodicaly (sp?) going through the systems on the car even cleaning the throttle bodie out for me and went above and beyond obligations, where other companys would have had a tough luck attitude.

i am absoloutly over the moon with the customer service, attention to detail and overall satisfaction i got from the day. all very welcoming very helpfull and ill only ever be going to the lads in the future for my mapping needs.

Thanks lads for a really good day and when i find out where my problem is ill be sorting somink to try n get a few ponies over bens lol

once again thanks

Gricey

p.s what where those bits u said to check nick i gotta mind like a siv

Hello.

Std WBHP = 106bhp / Remapped WBHP = 137BHP which Should be close to 160WBHP+ with ease.

After you left we spent an hour looking at all of your power runs the standard and the remapped ones.
We have found the curves are not like anything we have seen before, the turbo pick up was far to slow for a K03s, even when we got it to hold a bar of boost it took far too long to get there.  We compared your runs with other runs where the power was down to a boost issue, such as MAF, N74, N249, Leak issues but your turbo characteristics where unique. So we came to the conclusion the problem is the turbo which could be a Clogged cat, Blocked exhaust, but things point more towards the compressor wheel in side the turbo its self. Which would fit in with your valve problem you had a few weeks back?

I think I can get hold of a good KO3s for you to try. will give Kirk a call from Blueprint in the morning and see if he still has the turbo knocking around.

Nice to meet you guys today!
