Mk7 Gti Low cluch bite point
« on: 28 May 2019, 20:59 »
Hi, First post.

I recently (2 weeks ago) fitted a Sachs organic clutch to my car because the stock one was slipping after going stage on, I have been going easy on it just trying to bed it in and done only 400 miles on it. just yesterday wen driving home I noticed the clutch bite point getting lower and now its only an inch of the floor. Has anyone else had this problem? it was fitted with a new OEM release bearing/slave cylinder onto the original DMF. there is only 20k on the car and on inspection the flywheel was ok
