Yes it is standard in those pics, ok the grill badge and no rear spoiler but that was before a lot of the changes.

And the VR Splitter ;)
-
Yes ok but not a lot of difference to standard.
-
BB where are you lol! I'm sure it's completely standard pics you're after isn't it? As the whole site is going to be one huge database of MK3 Golfs, of all the models, and how they were when they were first out...that right?
-
I'm calling it "the mk3 resource!!" and I would prefer 100% standard pictures but will use others.. Today I need wheel pictures (lemans, rx2's and vr6 bbs multispokes early and late)

Nice, you used my pics, I'm famous. I will say one of the pics from the rear you got of mine has the GTI rear lights I put on, dunno if you noticed that or not?
Also are you able to change the top banner because I could make you a banner at some point if you wanted?

It was nonstandard but it was an extra when bought. :)

I like it mate :)
With some added fancy effects + flash I think you will have a winner :)
Content is all there though, and it works, so no need to change it unless you want it made to look fancy

What does PCD mean?
PCD stands for (pitch circle diameter), this is the diameter of a circle drawn through the centre of your wheel's bolt holes. PCD is measured in millimetres and also indicates the number of studs or bolts the wheel will have. The most common fitment has 4 studs with a PCD of 100mm, hence the fitment 4x100.
What does OFFSET (et) mean?
Your car requires a unique offset. This is where the wheel will sit in relation to the bodyline of the vehicle, realistically you can go 5-7mm outside these recommendations. Offset is usually stamped on the wheel and is measured in millimetres of et (et is the short form of the German word 'Einpresstiefe' which literally translates as insertion depth).
If you disagree with any of the fitments please reply in this thread and I will ammend as needed

Nice site. Loose the ads - if you need some hosting I can help out - ideally you would need a domain name to point at it.

Don't know if you'd like to use mine as a standard 98 8v GTI:
-
Heated door mirrors on a 96 8v GTI? That's new to me, how and when do these work as obviously there are no physical switchs on the dash or drivers door?
Also it says that the same model car came with front foglights as standard, mine didnt as i had to fit them myself.
-
Iirc the heated mirrors come on with the rear window heater :undecided:
-

Spot on, they switch after 3 minutes I believe.
-
Thought so, is it just on the GTI though or was it for all the range??
-
Interesting, il have to give pay more attention next time i have wet or frosted wing mirrors and give it a go.
-

-
Hey BB my concept doesnt have fog's either !
according to my vw source all concepts should have fogs.... although knowing vw in the 90's the spec lists are only what vw say they fit but not what they actually did fit (it depends on what they had in the factory)
I must update the site at some point too?
-
Colour Concepts - did they come in 3 door form?
I know then did a convertible version but not sure about a saloon.
-
Wont work on my phone! :undecided:

Looks good, however the anni page wheel specs you have wrong, if I'm right?,
The mk3 anni came with bbs rs771, which were 7j wide
bbs rs772 were 6.5j wide, which if I'm right were not put on any mk3 anni. And if they did you have it down as 722, it should be 772
but again I'm sure they were bbs rs771 that were on mk3 anni
-
Didn't the anni come with deep chin splitter from factory??
