JB4 Shop UK - Bad Customer Service?
« on: 07 June 2018, 18:43 »
Hi!

Bought a JB1 over a week ago from this shop. Item was in stock. Still no confirmed shipping date and very difficult to get in touch with them.

Perhaps they are extremly busy at the moment? Any one else here bought from them?

Where's the UK shop? Actually I've just checked and I'm amazed Burger Motorsport are involved with the company in question!

This one:

https://www.jb4shop.co.uk

Got one response saying that they are having problems with shipment from US. Strange, my item should be in stock.... Now I have to wait weeks for this item :-( If I knew that this item was out of stock I would not have bought it from them!! I will try and cancel my order, but what are odds for this.. At the moment I have a very bad feeling about this purchase....

Have you done any Google searches on the company or the many companies it's been before??

The guy in golf driver magazine who has the R build in every month got him to do the jb4 and he said he was spot on. Historically though he's a bit of an Arthur Daley type by all accounts. Plenty people very disgruntled with him but plenty of people highly recommend him. Could maybe try messaging or ringing him to see what's going on.
