Cheers man, bare in mind, those were taken with a Samsung NV3, 7mp digicam lol! Would the white balance need to go up or down?

Number of Mega Pixels are irrelavant these days. Anything over 6 is fine and dandy. The white balance for me is fine but that kind of thing is matter of personal opinion. To change it have a look in your manual, some compacts don't let yo take it out of auto mode for white balance.

I'll think you'll find this occurs during very long or very short exposures Guy.
