thanks chaps... that was in northern cyprus... it was a bit windy so i had to be patient

the little fellas wings were beating so fast they looked like a blur in aperture mode so i switched to manual and bumped the shutter speed up to 1/2000

all the exif an larger sizes can be found on my flickr...

he looks quite a friendly little fellow on the original image size

How on earth was that taken at 55mm and f5.6?! The DOF looks too shallow!
