has ne1 got diagrams for the coolant system hoses and turbo hoses for a 1.8t agu  ive bought silicone sets and r not totally sure where they all go,also where would i put the small breather filter u get wiv a cai????
-
in a 5 piece boost hose kit you generally get:
large S shaped piece from top of intercooler (behind drivers headlight) to throttle body
large stubby piece for the bottom intercooler hose (drivers wheelarch)
90 degree elbow for the turbo compressor outlet to the solid metal boost pipe (back of the engine)
then two pieces about the same length but different diameters. they both connect to the metal boost pipe mentioned above, one goes to the side of the diverter valve, the other to the side of the N75 valve. Both of those are located on the turbo inlet pipe.
coolant hoses i have a picture of somewhere.. i'll try to dig it out

how come you've got a wheel bolt where that dangling breather should be?
-
r-tech did that so not sure, gona put breather back on
-
looks like the boost line in to the pcv valve has been capped off too, you'll want to get the right pipe and attach that back to the manifold while you're at it or you'll be pulling vapours through the turbo.
-
see what u mean what pipe do a need and where on manifold did it go cheers
-
its a thin Z shaped piece, connects to the underside of the inlet manifold near the dipstick (you'll find it blocked off somehow). Part number for AGUs is 06A103221C. If it's been done like that because the bleeder valve inside the t-piece is broken then the part number for the valve is 035103245A
-
is it not just 1 pipe i need....which t-piece u mean mate
-
ill have a more in depth look 2moro, then get on 2 vw for said part no.s thanks again mate
-
see what ya mean now topher nice 1 do u know y they would of blocked em of as never said owt 2 me
-
dunno mate, but looking at your other picture it was like before the new TIP was fitted.
-
was mapped b4 new tip was fitted
-
i can only guess then that it was a temporary fix for a fault in the pcv system. Simple enough to rectify.. just watch you don't snap the dipstick tube when working in that area.
-
ok iam gona order them part numbers that u said and sort it
