Is it possible to buy the Jakara material please???

Hi guys,

I'm thinking of ideas for the seats of a new T5 I'm about to order on monday. One of my ideas is to re-trim the 3 seater rear seat with the gti Jakara fabric. I would also want the fronts to match so will either re-trim the original seats or possibly try to buy a set of Golf seats as they fit.

So I wonder if the fabric is available to buy at all?

Yes, you can buy this stuff from specialist upholsterers Matt.
If you have a look at Red Robin's seats in the Recaro CS thread you'll see how he trimmed his Recaros in this cloth. There are others on mk5golfgti.co.uk/forum that have bought this style of cloth and used it for interior modifications (such as geastick gators  ). The only version of this cloth I've seen for sale though so far is the mk5 tartan, which is very slightly different to the mk6 cloth.
