Durham has its own allocation that's separate from sunserland

Durham got demo as our sales are much higher than sunderland's. high throughput dealers are the only ones getting demos as demand is high

would that mean that Sunderland's sales will be in a pecking order with VW?

No just they may not get as many to sell as Durham as their are are smaller retailer than them

At point of ordering my dad's GTD (3 of us in by then), my salesman reckoned Durham hadn't sold one GTI/GTD at that point. I could understand Durham getting the Demo as Pulman group as a whole were allocated a demo and management perhaps decided to stick it in their flagship Durham branch. Maybe Durham sell more VWs as a whole even if they aren't GTI/GTDs and that's the deciding factor?

to be honest George the service department is the only reason I come to Durham as the sales side are rubbish. don't return phonecalls, know nothing about the cars, send you texts 6 weeks after the order books have opened for gtd/gti's, can't even be bothered to work out finance figures properly. the list goes on.
