airbag plugs

Hi lads new to the forum....looks good.
I recently bought a set of leather recaro seats out of a 2000 golf,i have fitted them in my 2002 golf but unable to plug airbags in under the front seats because the plugs are different? any help very grateful because I need to get light knocked off.

Not sure what you'll have to do for the plugs, but the airbag light won't go off until you reset the codes with vag com

you can get plugs from VW
then you can build yourself an adapter (check wiring diagrams for for 2000 and 2002 models!)

I joined the wires together with bullet connectors when I did my first one..  You could cut old connectors of the previous seats and solder to new seats and use them that way.

Fault code will need clearing before you know its worked 100%
