light alignment

ive just put in angel eye projector headlights but wanted to get a garage to check or adjust the main beam anyone know how much they charge to do this ?

depends.... every MOT place can do it...
when I put gti headlights in my mk3 I took it to a local garage / MOT place and he did it for a fiver....

put angel eyes in my old mk3 and local garage alined thew for free -only took 5mins.
mk3 gti"s and vr6"s,present a silver mk4 anniversary on adjustable coilovers.

yeah, few quid, all they do is put it on the light alignment machine, look to see how they need to be adjusted, rotate a screw a few times, jobs a goodun.

got my lights aligned but anyone know why the drivers side is brighter then the other the bulb is in correctly

yeah engine was running I just brought it from the garage the bloke said he didnt know why is was brighter the bulbs are both the same

swap bulbs over -see if the dim light goes to drivers side-then its a duff bulb. it happened to me once when i had angle eyes .
