To post pics you'll need a photo hosting account such as Flickr, Photobucket or similar.  If using Flickr, you need to copy and paste the BBC code for your chosen pics into your post.  For Photobucket, you need to copy and paste the IMG code, starting with 'URL...' into your post.

I would massage it with something to flatten the raised areas (massage only in one direction, whicb will be obvious), put a bit of leather polish on it and see how it settles over time. I'm sure that will reduce naturally.  And then you might need to just carefully touch in any remaining grey areas with a tiny bit of the colour matched dye on a fine brush.  Just stipple it on.  I expect after a while you'll barely notice it.
