Mine was £280 IIRC at a VW specialist using gen parts

Thanks for the info people, I'll give a ring around and see what's what.

Sadly I moved 20 more miles away from where I'd take it, although
this may be the first time i've  had a car in a garage apart from tyres and at R-Tech
