R you ready
« on: 14 July 2009, 14:09 »
So after playing with other ideas of how to have more power and fun i have come to the conclusion that there really is only one option

Mkiv R32

Ive pined after one for years and given the current market this is prob the best tiem to sell my 1.8T and get the best possible price for it, as much i adore my GTI i know i will simply be blown away by the R

Runnign costs are goign to be roughly the same and ins will go up but you only live once and will be the onyl time i get to own one plus the fact that they have discontinued the R32 engine

going to a garage tonight to see what they will give me in px on a deep pearl blur 32 they have

spec is :

£10999

wouldn't you be better off waiting until your insurance is due?? will pay less overall in insurance costs and admin fees  :undecided:

I know well havent decided if this R is the one as mentioend need to see what they offer me if they can give me a 'good' price then overall might be worth going ahead as when renewal is due in oct may not get the same deal etc :P

unlikey as the new .:R won't have a V6 engine in it so if anything MK4 and MK5 R32 values will most likely go up
