VAG-COM vdcs in Southampton area?
« on: 06 September 2020, 16:46 »
Having issues with my pd130.

The battery was removed for another project and now the immo cuts in and wont let the car run (yes that old chestnut)

Anyone around southampton who can sort this out for me i am happy to pay a fee.

Also fuse 14 keeps blowing which iv'e traced to the CCM.  I swapped the CCM with the same part number but the alarm just goes off.  I have read that vcds can fix this?

Can anyone help me out please?

Immo should not activate just cos the battery was removed.
It's stored on EEPROMs so won't be deleted if there is no battery.

As for the CCM, did you get just the same hardware or one with the correct colour code?
