If it gets too dirty, use some kind of pre-wash. Diluted bug squash, snow foam, that kind of thing would be good. Idea is to get the paintwork as clean as you can before you actually start to apply any kind of hand jobs..

Not got a pressure washer yet but theres a local petrol station that has the facilities so the plan is to go use that to spray any tough grit off then drive home spray down with hose then clean.
