Well my centre console finally gave out on me so I have had to temporarily fix it for now...

Hopefully this will hold out until I can source another one  :embarrassed:

My centre console turned up, not the best condition but for £5 can't complain...
So as it was out of the car thought I might as well have a go at carbon fibre wrapping the ashtray.

plus a few other bits...

Not the best but at least it looks better than that horrible wood!

All moved up, had to cut quite a bit more out of the crash bar.

tested the standard bumper for fitment and it was no where near going on over front mount, sooo... had to cut away a LOT of the inside of the bumper and also loads of the grills and it still dont fit that well.
Here's how much I had to cut.

So after all that spending the whole weekend trying to fit it nice think im gonna be on the look out for an r32 front so if anyones got one for sale preferably in black magic pm me!!
I'll take a pic of it on the car if I can soon.

Well now after tinkering with pipework think I have a boost leak (or at least thats what it sounds like) gonna have to have a look, think the bumper is slightly squashing the pipes that come out the core

Right, havn't done much to the car in ages but seem to have got the motivation back now so have ordered a couple of bits. Meanwhile whilst im waiting for them i'v decided to paint the rocker cover as I think it lets the engine bay down a bit.

It was supposed to be black but seems more grey to me... maybe it neesd some laquer??
