new golf gttdi letting in water help me please

hi..can anyone help me or has anyone had the same problem..i have bought a new golf gttdi 130....if its raining heavy there is water getting in somewhere making the passenger footwell soaking...its been to the dealer twice now and they cant find anything...the rest of the carpets etc are ok ..not wet .but passenger side is soaking

Happened to me a good while back on an xr3i, it turned out to be a crack in a weld underneath the battery which was located right at the back of the engine compartment, different type of car I know but it might be worth just checking around under the bonnet for any small cracks especially around joints on the passenger side. Good luck.
