2nd curtain Flash sync is i think what you want. When you get the car sharp and clear and the trail of it's rear lights? Like this?

That's actually done with the camera and not in Photoshop. You get the flash to fire at the end of the shutter opening so you get the light trail and then the flash fires and captures the car at the end.

Yea sorry all my pics were used with a slower shutter speed and a tripod, I forgot to mention that bit oops  :lipsrsealed:

Tried to do a HDR photo, this was the best I could manage, I need a LOT of practice.

Its easy to write it facing you, then on the camera its backwards, then flip it in photoshop!

The way the pro's do light graf is usually with led torches or cathode ray tubes [for your own art], then by patching their cameras firmwares to remove the time limit on the shutter so you can for aslong as your memory on the camera permits, a tripod or some kind of stand is a must if you want the lines to be clean and straight.
