Since the weather was forecast to stay dry today I treated mine to some detailing  :smiley:

Snow foam + Wash + Fallout remover + Rinse + Towel Dry + Polish + Wipe down with detail spray + Polymer sealant



Pleased with the shine  :smiley:

No such luck for me - it's a beautiful day outside and right now i'm watching "Machete Kills" (with the "handsome"  :grin: man out of the recent Old el Paso adverts and "from dusk 'til dawn", what a great film!

After covering nearly 5000 miles since November, have swapped the wheels around (front to back etc) fronts have about 4mm left on them ;-)... Took the opportunity to fully clean the calipers and inside of the rims...then got soaked as it pi$$ed it down...!!

Have any of you come up with a solution to water getting in when opening the door, when its been raining the rubbers inside the door seem to hold water, open the door to get in and it pours onto the drivers seat..Not too much just drops but annoying me

What are peoples thoughts on this? Great example this, older GTI but you get the drift.

Chap on here swapped his for R lights which is rather costly, but this seems a cheap alternative.

These guys get a great reputation and some of their work in awesome. And before anyone asks or moans, not trying to pimp them out, I dont know them.

No don't do it to yourself, I've seen these up close and I really don't like them, it's basically just like a mesh covering. Imo a lamin-x esque subtle tint is much better
