....Now I was telling myself that was a superb pic before i even saw it was by you, Nick! Really really excellent portrait. Makes a mockery of the addage 'Never work with children or animals!' Tis like an oil painting Old Master  (helped by the colour palette)

He's an easy model mate, he lives in a pub and is the most chilled out dog you could ever meet, I swear he thinks he's a cat! This was taken during a soul night down there at about 1am and the music was REALLY loud and the pub was packed with truly smashed people and he just sat there people watching.

Cheers for the good comments as ever, keeps me driven to try harder and harder with all this!

Just a quick one regarding photoshop. I had a trial of Elements 6 for 30 days and loved it, but being tight I didn't want to spend the £70 on the Adobe site and didn't really trust the ones on e-bay as many sellers had copied the disc and sold the same serial number many times over.
I went onto Amazon and saw an add for Elements 6 disk and serial number only i.e. no box or instructions (you can get them online anyway and tutorials on youtube) so chatted to the seller.
Yesterday I got the disk and had to remove the trial programme and load this one. I did and all is well.....for the grand total of £24 for an authentic disk and code.

If you want Elements 6 I would recommend this chap....WARREN-M Software on Amazon. Very quick service and authentic product....my sales pitch is now over
