"The New Kid" Anniversary TDI
« on: 26 September 2012, 01:05 »
Hi people,

Recently joined uk MkIV's and thought i would join here too!

Ive only been driving just over a year, i had a 1.6 petrol mk4 Golf previously.

Just bought myself the 25th Anniversary Edition TDI PD which i love! (Not as much love for the price of my insurance but the car more than makes up for it!)

Looks like a quality site, I look forward to perusing the forums!

See you around guys and gals!

Welcome along Jake! Best of luck with your Anniversary, you've picked the best colour too

Any plans for it?

Cheers everyone :)

Ive got plans for it but nothing extreme! I love an Anniversary thats totally standard with one or two subtle mods. I just dont think a car like needs modding! So all im going to do is:

-Private number plate
- New front valance (mines cracked!)
- Get the alloys re-chromed
- New centre caps
- Get my hands on an MFD 1
- New discs and calipers

havnt thought of anything else yet!

You're off to a good start there anyway. Keep it OEM

A bit of lowering with spacers front and rear make them look very smart.
