Im due to remove my k03s turbo to fit new actuator amongst other stuff. Is there anything i can swap the turbo with that doesnt require all injectors etc to be changed. Getting custom map fmic all done same time but thought is there anything i can do to squeeze abit more bhp while doing all this work?

in short no, if you have all the supporting mods go K03s stage 2 and that'll pretty much max your K03s in terms of power. If you do go stage 2 you ideally want a yellow spring in the DV and Actuator
You could add things like WMI (which is next on my to do list
) and then its staying as it is

THS Intercooler is expensive and when I tried to get one ages ago they were struggling with stock, have a look at the wellycooler, and save yourself a few hundred quid....
nope don't get an aftermarket manifold, just get either yours or another stock one ported and polished

I would advise doing the conrods if you plan to have launch control and flat shifting mapped in. I am also inclined to say water meth too - it serves to help make the power more consistent all year around, even on the hottest days
