Starter motor

When I start my car the starter motor makes clonking noise. It's a new starter motor so it's not bec it's old as my old 1 did that as well. Is there any other reasons wht would make it do that? Cheers guys.

Wonder if it's the right one. I fitted a new starter today and the autofactor catalogue were wrong. I had to take my starter motor in to get the correct model. There's quite some differences to them

Ye its the right 1 as I work in a motor factor took it off and matched it myself at work so I no its the right 1.
