Hi peeps - bit of info for those travelling to CC. Dont know if any of you know about this so just in case!

Near to Jct 18 of M4 there is a contra-flow system. There is a 40mph speed limit on it. Active cameras at the start of each carriageway, pretty visible so slow down! After that the rest of the section has no more cameras.

Then about 4 miles after Jct 18 Eastbound only there is another 50mph limit. But this bit of roadworks do NOT have any cameras!
But you are in the Wiltshire speed camera section so check the bridges!!!!

Hope to see ya there!

Yep that was me, first corner with all my mates watching, got it sideways no way back so onto the grass   Did the same again at the top of the start finish straight

Was pretty p1ssed off with myself, but got into it a bit more then. Had a Ferrari behind me going sideways  Manged to hold him off through two corners  Overtook a mini just before the final bend! Then my fan belt snapped on my in lap and lost all my water  All fixed now though.

I really enjoyed my first time on the track, look like a right pro (not  :embarassed:), but still we all got to start somewhere, I will be a lot better out there next time

Cool pics Robin

Gaz, I know Velly has got some pics of my sideways action

we came up in the Polo we had a funny day we said we would join some friends for teh drive up, so got there there was us 2 G40's a mk1 nad a mk3 cabro then tured up a fiesta, a skyline a saxo another nissan and 2 escorts lol funny drive that was!!
We drove in teh track entrance, it was empty manged a few handbrake turns on the grass!
The we just followedthe rest ended up driving past you newprt lot and round teh back and parked with the mini's, must say teh stewards are very relaxed about it all!
Got very wet & cold.
The funnyest thing we saw on the day was the escort with the black tights over his rear lights!! Gary was very temped to go and ladder them lol
Walked around the newport cars a few time great display you had there, stood by vellys and bronze's cars but did see you.
