E5 or E10 fuel?
« on: 18 October 2018, 08:47 »
Heading to France next week and I had read that there is a big push towards added Ethanol fuels.

So, with a standard GTiPP7.5, should I be using e5 or e10? Or is there no difference?

What does it say in your owners manual?

In the owners manual for my 1.8 EA888 engined Polo GTI, it says that fuels with a maximum ethanol content of 10% (E10) can be used for refuelling.

E10 is absolutely fine to use.
