Can you mix oils?

Obviously not any old oil  :grin: but say longlife in at present.. topping it up with standard castrol stuff or should it be longlife topped :whistle:

If ya just topping up a bit between services I'd say not a problem.

Well officially no but it depends how much your talking.

Well thats the thing.. :undecided: I was planning on just topping up until the next service (oil change) but topping up is eventually going to be more and more until theres is more of the new stuff than long life..

If ya just topping up a bit between services I'd say not a problem.

Booth, I literally bought 4L of Castrol Edge when it was on offer just before it went in for service last month. Came out the stealers with long life in and now am snookered!  :grin: :grin:

Yep I figured you must have had an economy sized barrel of Castrol  :grin: 

Add a few drops of essential oil to the castrol, (lavender, ylang ylang etc) and you can run a sideline business as a masseur  :evil:
