Title: Rear wishbone fouling sub frame
Post by: Cartman93 on 01 September 2018, 09:21
Hi all, recently got myself a mk 6 gti and been noticing a loud creak from the rear, got under the car the other day and the only possible cause I could find was a fresh contact mark on the subframe where the wishbone mounts to it, anyone know if this is a common problem? Hoping it's just worn bushes and nothing to expensive. TIA

compare it to the other side. maybe somebody jacked it up in the wrong place bending the subframe where the wishbone mounts to it.
