Title: pd 130 - 150 turbos and injectors
Post by: crayon on 30 July 2015, 23:14
Hi guys how can I tell if a turbo and injectors are from a pd130 or 150?
ive bought a car for the engine that I was told was mapped but I know nothing about the turbo or injectors.
so before I go upgrading need to know if I don't have the 150 extras already
Also what advantage would the 150 bit have on the 130 engine

130 and 150 run the same injectors

Main difference was the turbo and FMIC on the 150

PD130 & PD150 differences:

Turbo, mapping, 150 has FMIC instead of SMIC (obviously pipework), 150 has thicker head gasket and stronger headbolts, coolant preheaters, EGR cooler.
