wont start

morning all im back on here again!!!! right went for its MOT yesterday the bloke drove it on the ramp. then after went to start it and it wouldn't start,  they sprayed easy start down the air filter and it fired so leads me to think fuel???? ive checked fuses there ok.. any ideas lads?

Ahhh. Crank sensor wouldntmake it start with easy start. Maybe weak fuel pump. Cant get the fuel up.

just to update,,,,,,,,
 disconnected the batt over night come back to it today fired straight up so...........one of life mystery's

Was it the immobiliser kicking in? Anything lit up on the dash? Mine does that once in a blue moon, but with immobiliser showing on dash, starts after a couple of go's.

Mr Orange, check the wiring (and plug) going into your reader coil on the ignition lock, bet you have loose connection there.
Or confirm by scanning with VCDS.

I've had a few gremlins like that in the past, drove home (car started first time) cold day got to shops came back out and it was just turning over and not firing, sat there cursing tried a few more times and nothing. Got my code reader out the glovebox noted and reset all the codes then it fired up first time and has since and this was months ago. Codes were just rear lambda sensors which I always get but run a turbo back so makes no odds
ARZ K03s, Oettinger Side Skirts, R32 front, Carbon stage 2, Forge 007p (yellow spring), Forge Actuator (yellow spring), Pipercross panel filter with DSG parts, N249 and N112 deleted, SAI deleted, Carbon canister deleted, Rear wiper deleted, Long Life turbo back custom exhaust with 200 cell sports cat, VR6/G60 clutch kit, Creation Motorsport TIP, Catch can, 'Wellycooler', K04 charge pipe, S3 ported inlet manifold - looks pretty standard on the outside though :)

Dodgy fuse for the coil feeds? I've blown mine before, had me stumped for about half hour in Lidl car park lol

no cant have been anything to do with immobilizer ect cus it started with easy start down the filter
